1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by AGWS ("And Go Web Solutions"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AGWS provides web development, design, and consulting services including but not limited to WordPress development, Next.js applications, Shopify e-commerce, custom web solutions, and cybersecurity consulting.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Provide necessary access and materials for project completion
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before project commencement, with the balance due upon completion.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. AGWS retains the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
AGWS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
